By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Please note that I'm most comfortable drawing male characters.

General Agreement

I have the right to decline your commission if it gets too uncomfortable.
Canvas size I usually work with: A4 (4961 x 7016px - 600dpi).
Turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks. May take less or more time, depends on complexity of the commission.
Revision(s) are free during the sketching process. After the draft is approved, any changes in a large area or too many revisions may require an extra charge.
I can upload my other artworks during the process of your commission.

Price Agreement

The price stated is the base price for 1 character only. The price will be increased by 80% for each additional character. Incase the additional character is not fully visible, the price will be reduced accordingly.
The price can be increased based on complexity of work (Ex. pose, characters' details, props, background, etc).
The stated prices are for personal use. Notify me if you want the commission for commercial use, in which the total price will be doubled.
If you want the commission to be private, meaning I am not allowed to post the commission on any website, please notify me, privacy fee will also be charged.
Upfront payment is required via Paypal. Commissioner can either pay in full(100%) or half (50% - You will pay the rest after the draft is approved).

I retain all the right to my work, meaning I'm allowed upload, post the commission and/or use it as sample for sales, self-promo, and/or whatever that is not for commercial use unless agreed otherwise.
The commissioner is not allowed to edit my work without permission. You can however slightly retouch the work such as crop, resize, changing the mood, tone.
You can always ask me first if you're unsure of your actions.
You are not allowed to use my works for AI
Any break in copyright and usage policies will result in a retraction of every right you had to the artwork and a permanent blacklist.

Refund Policies

I have the right to cancel your commission in anycase, the commissioner will receive a full refund in this case.
If you, the commissioner, cancel your commission, refund rates will be based on the progress of the work at that time: (1) Before the draft is finished, you will receive a 70% refund. (2) After the draft is approved, you will receive a 50% refund. (3) After I started rendering, you will not receive a refund.

General Workflow

Prepare a detailed brief and references when DM-ing me.
I will ask you some questions if the brief is not detailed enough.
Please state if your commission is for personal use or commercial use. If you want it to be private please also notify me.
I will send a price according to the brief. You can either pay 100% or 50-50.
First draft will start after the payment. Revision(s) is free during this phase.
After the draft is approved I will start refining and rendering.
You don't have to rush me, I will send the process occasionally.
You can change small details but keep it minimal.
After the work is done I will send you the PNG files (One with watermark and one without) through your email or a drive link.
